EMPOWERING WOMEN                            

Femponiq is a sustainable and woman-owned designer brand, whose goal is to empower women all over the world through unique and modern clothing. We are a boutique brand which also aims to empower disadvantaged women and reduce the impact of poverty.

We at Femponiq believe that the world will be a fairer, happier and more prosperous place to live for everybody when every woman is able to use her voice, make her own decisions, and engage with economic opportunities. Empowering women will positively transform individual lives, societies and our future businesses.

Today 4 out of 10 workers globally are women. Majority have insecure jobs, earn an average %20 less than men and do most of the unpaid work. However, raising female employment to male levels could raise the GDP by up to %34 and economically empower women. It will improve workplace performance, raise agricultural productivity, increase household income and most importantly raise healthier, better educated children. As the African Proverb states:

“If you educate a man, you educate an individual. But if you educate a woman, you educate a nation.”
