Returns Policy :

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from Femponiq.com, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 28 days to return them to us for a refund. However you must notify us if you wish to return any items from your order within 14 days from the day of receipt.
The information below includes details on returns standards, timescales, refunds and issues arising from damaged or faulty items. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Policy Details:

Please Try on Garments with Care

  • All returned items must have their original tags attached, be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging.
  • No deodorant, make-up or perfume on returned garments.
  • Please note items returned either damaged or without all the original tags attached will be sent back to you.
  • Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you only use our postage labels and delivery service in the UK and a tracked service outside of the UK.
  • If a refund is required, we will process the refund using the same payment method and same currency that was used to make the original purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Simply notify us of your intention to return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the item(s), returned to us within 28 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. 

Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior notice.Items returned to us without prior notification may not be refunded.

Shipping Returns :

To return your product, simply click on the RETURN CENTRE link at the bottom of our main page or email us at sales@femponiq.com with a reason for your return. We will then send you the return address. You will be notified via email when your return has been received. 

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All UK returns are processed via CollectPlus ( fee of £4.40 plus VAT ) or you can return through your own carrier. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or refund product to reach you, may vary. 

We are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage for your return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Please note that we are currently offering free UK returns if the the order was placed with delivery within the United Kingdom. We will bear the cost of returning the goods providing that our postal returns policy is followed.

Returns & Refunds (if applicable) :

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We strive to process your refund within 5 days of receiving your return package. Credit cards can take up to 10 days to post your refund to your credit card account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@femponiq.com.

Sale items (if applicable) :
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) :
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We’re happy to exchange an item for a different colour or size ONLY.  Simply click on the RETURN CENTRE link button (accessible at the bottom of our main page) to indicate that you would like an exchange for a new size/colour in the 'Return Reason Code' column on the returns form. 

Exchanges :

We’re happy to exchange an item for a different colour or size ONLY. Please follow the process above, indicating that you would like an exchange for a new size/colour in the 'Return Reason Code' column on the returns form. We offer free exchanges in the UK with CollectPlus.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of the exchange being processed, a full refund will be issued.

If you want to exchange for a completely different style, we ask that you place a new order. Exchanges can be made to UK orders ONLY.

If you need your exchange in a hurry, we also suggest you place a new order and send back the wrong size/colour for refund.
